STV Opens Fifth Penn. Office
STV has opened a new office in Williamsport, PA, making this the firm’s fifth office in Pennsylvania and thirty-third office in the United States and Canada.
The new location will serve the firm’s growing regional client base with energy, environmental and civil engineering services for the petroleum, natural gas and electric transmission markets. Gerald Donnelly, P.E., senior vice president and the Buildings and Facilities Division energy market leader, will serve as office manager.
