Thompson Pump & Mfg.
The Thompson Compact pump is 35 percent smaller and 20 percent lighter that the Thompson Pump JSC series but offers the same great performance as a standard size pump with 24-hour run time fuel tank. Available in the most common diesel-drive portable pump sizes of 4 and 6 inches, the Compact series offers an economical alternative to similar sized portable pumps – a significant savings compared to standard 4- and 6-inch compressor-assisted pumps. Reliability is increased by the removal of several redundant parts that are no longer needed with the latest diesel engines. Best of all, Thompson Pump’s Compact pump series includes the revolutionary Enviroprime system, which keeps pumpage from discharging into the environment. The Compact series is available with the most sought after developments such as automatic start/stop and Silent Knight sound attenuation, among a few. 800.767.7310, www.thompsonpump.com
Griffin
Griffin offers complete any wellpoint dewatering systems. Wellpoints are available with 1.5- or 2-inch PVC or stainless steel screen. Swingjoints are constructed of flexible reinforced hose with a clear elbow to allow you to see the flow through the system. The valve allows the wellpoint to be “tuned” to monitor the vacuum level on the system and maximize performance. Griffin also offers a complete line of the finest wellpoint pumps on the market today from 4- to 10-inch models. 800.431.1510, www.griffindewatering.com

All Prime Aire Plus pumps are available coupled to the latest EPA Tier compliant engines or premium efficiency electric motors. 419.755.1011, www.GRpumps.com
Allegro Industries
The DC Submersible Dewatering Pump is a totally enclosed, submersible dewatering unit. Watertight O-ring seals keep pump’s internal parts completely dry and it delivers up to 43 gpm for rapid dewatering and instant prime. It can operate on any 12-volt truck or automobile battery, and the low 30 AMP draw allows for an hour of operation without starting the engine. Additional pump models and hoses feature fire-hose-style quick-connect fittings, and a V-ring to protect the shaft seal from abrasives. They include a Deluxe Pump with 60-foot shut off head and a 110-volt, single-phase motor. A Standard model offers easy disassembly with one 12mm box/socket wrench. The Low Water Pump is perfect for civil engineering sites or utility pits where all water must be drained – it pumps down to 3/16 inches. The Sludge Pump is excellent for standing water containing sand, solids leaves or debris at a max of 50 gpm. The pump discharge hose features a tough PVC material and collapsible design to allowing for compact storage. 800.622.3530, www.allegrosafety.com
Rain for Rent
The HH-125c 4-inch pump from Rain for Rent is designed to produce high flow and high discharge head for various applications such as dewatering mines and quarries. The HH-125c also functions as a force main sewer bypass pump and handles solids to 3-inch diameter. Capable of flows to 1,525 gpm and 325-foot discharge head, this pump is ideal for high head applications. With superior hydraulic efficiency at 78 percent, this pump moves more water at a lower cost per gallon pumped. Mounted on a galvanized trailer or skid to protect against rust and corrosion, this equipment has a nearly maintenance free surface. An electric motor driven option is also available. 800.742.7246, www.rainforrent.com
