UEMSI now 3T Equipment West Coast camera service center
UEMSI, a provider of pipeline cleaning and televising parts and equipment, announced that 3T Equipment has been authorized as UEMSI’s West Coast service center for its pipeline inspection camera systems.

3T Equipment has two California locations, Santa Rosa, which is north of San Francisco, and LaVerne, which is a little northeast of Los Angeles. Call 800-969-3001, which is the Santa Rosa location, to make a service appointment for both locations.

3T Equipment has been a sales representative for UEMSI televising parts and equipment for several years. Their service technicians are trained and certified to repair UEMSI products.

Interplastic 2009 Scholars Award winners chosen
Interplastic Corporation, in affiliation with the American Composites Manufacturers Association (ACMA), has announced the Interplastic 2009 recipients of the Scholars Award.

The five high school graduates and their company affiliations are: Wendy Tsai, Houston, TX (Akzo Nobel Polymer Chemicals); Carlton Reininger, Valencia, CA (Gruber Systems); Sarah Mann, Stella, NC (National Marble Products); Giulia Pantalone, Montvale, NJ (Alcan Baltek Corp.); and Brian Free, Rose Valley, PA, (Rebus Inc.). Each winner received $2,000 to be used towards their studies at a four-year college or university of their choice.

This is the ninth year Interplastic Corporation has awarded the scholarships. “This award program is significant to our company in that we can give back to the community as well as increase student awareness of the composites industry,” said Bob DeRoma. “We are proud to recognize these young adults for their outstanding achievements, not only academically, but also through their community actions and charitable works.”
