CertainTeed Certa-Com Conduit System
Utility contractors will enjoy the benefits of CertainTeed’s 3-inch diameter Certa-Com conduit system.
Designed for electrical conduit and telecom duct applications, Certa-Com has been tested to UL requirements for HDD projects. The new 3-inch size is intended for applications where smaller or fewer underground cables are used in the “last mile” of a connection to a home or business. Certa-Com uses CertainTeed’s contractor-proven Certa-Lok PVC joining system for secure pipe connections. Available in 20-foot lengths, Certa-Com is easily and quickly assembled as the conduit is pulled into place.
Certa-Com is produced in straight, single pieces, creating a nearly perfect inside diameter that easily accommodates inner ducts. Alternative thermoplastic products are wrapped around difficult to transport reels, creating an oval shape in the finished product that reduces the space available for inner ducts and cables. 866-CT4-PIPE, www.certainteed.com
