Ditch Witch 1030
The 1030 walk-along trencher is designed for residential and short-run commercial service line work lines requiring trenches up to 6 inches wide and 30 inches deep.
Choice of Kohler or Honda air-cooled overhead valve gasoline engines produces 11 hp. Features include: mechanically driven digging chain; closed-loop hydrostatic ground drive for infinitely variable speeds to better match digging-conditions; choice of 24- or 30-inch digging booms with large tail rollers for smooth trenching action; and digging chain choices include standard cup-tooth to Shark Chain II; an axle lock engages both drive wheels for maximum trenching traction, or frees one wheel for easier maneuvering.
