Tnemec appoints director to oversee Epoxytec sewer rehabilitation solutions
Tnemec Company has appointed Matt Wierzchowski as Director of Epoxytec – Municipal Collections, strengthening the company’s focus on protective coatings and rehabilitation solutions for municipal sewer and water infrastructure.
In the role, Wierzchowski will lead initiatives supporting wastewater collection systems, including manhole rehabilitation, underground pipeline protection and other sewer infrastructure applications. He will work alongside Vaughn O’Dea, Director of Epoxytec – Municipal Treatment, to expand Tnemec’s efforts across both collection and treatment segments of the water and wastewater market.
Wierzchowski brings more than three decades of experience in the protective coatings industry, with extensive expertise in water and wastewater infrastructure. He began his career in the early 1990s with Raven Lining Systems and has built a reputation as a technical specialist in sewer collection system rehabilitation and manhole lining technologies.
He holds several industry certifications, including PCS, AMPP Senior Certified Coatings Inspector and AMPP/SSPC Certified Concrete Coating Inspector. At Tnemec, Wierzchowski will focus on supporting municipalities and contractors while helping advance Epoxytec coating technologies designed to extend the service life of aging underground infrastructure.
