Vortex acquires Mainlining America, expanding watermain rehab footprint in U.S.
(UI) - Vortex Companies has acquired Mainlining America LLC, expanding its capabilities in watermain rehabilitation and strengthening its potable water infrastructure services across the United States.
Mainlining brings more than 70 years of experience in pipeline rehabilitation and trenchless construction, adding field expertise and operational capacity to Vortex’s growing water platform. The company has an established presence across the East Coast, supporting geographic expansion for Vortex’s U.S. operations.
The acquisition enhances Vortex Water’s ability to deliver integrated, in-house solutions for watermain rehabilitation and replacement, including excavation, lining, testing and restoration. Company officials said the move supports a broader strategy to scale trenchless services and provide turnkey solutions for aging water infrastructure.
Mainlining will operate under Vortex Water as part of the company’s U.S. services division. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
