Brown and Caldwell
Jean Youngerman joined environmental engineering and construction firm Brown and Caldwell, as a senior principal. She is responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of projects while providing employee guidance and mentorship. With a 33-year track record of managing environmental monitoring and regulatory programs for municipalities, private industries, and government agencies, she brings further technical rigor to the firm’s site investigation and remediation, and compliance and permitting service offerings.
Dr. Erin Mackey, senior principal at Brown and Caldwell, was inducted to International Ultraviolet Association’s (IUVA) Board of Directors. She has over 20 years of experience in highly technical drinking water, recycled water, wastewater, and industrial projects, ranging from pilot studies to design and regulatory guidance. In addition to conventional process engineering, her expertise includes municipal, federal, and research projects.
EHC
Jon S. Johnston joined EHC, Inc., a Naples, Fla., pre-construction, earthwork and infrastructure services company, as business development manager. Prior to EHC, he was a sales manager at Schwab Ready Mix and at Eagle Concrete. He is originally from Maine and graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a degree in Business Management.
STV
Fred Tallarico, P.E., joined STV as vice president and regional practice lead of design-build, for the Northeast United States and Canada. He is responsible for business development and project oversight at the New York office of the engineering, architectural, planning, environmental, and construction management services provider. With more than three decades of experience in infrastructure design and construction, he has supported large-scale civil works projects, including utilities/pipeline and water infrastructure, for many public agencies. •
